I am an election and electoral systems specialist based in Washington, D.C. Prior to living in Washington, I worked as a media consultant in Cairo, Egypt, and a Democratic campaign consultant in Raleigh, North Carolina.  I hold an M.A. in democracy and governance from Georgetown University and a B.A. in political science from North Carolina State University.  Any views expressed here are completely my own and should no way be attributed to any organization I am affiliated with.
